Ecstatic Dance with Shouk

Get ready to dance! We’re ecstatic to announce our first ecstatic dance event on 10/25 with Shouk! The event will include:
🍵 Opening Tea Ceremony
🧘‍♀️ Meditation and Breathwork
🌊 Yoga Flow w/ Lisa Mo Yoga
🥁 LIVE Interactive Drumming w/ Ramona Wölfe
💃 Ecstatic Dance DJ Set w/ Shouk
🎵 Closing Sound Bath w/ Shouk

For those unfamiliar with ecstatic dance, core tenets to follow during the event are below:

No talking during the dance portion of the event.
Attendees should be completely sober and substance free.
Dance and move freely but consciously.
Dance respectfully and without judgment. No touching others without consent.
Dancing barefoot or without shoes is preferred, though you may leave your shoes on at this event if you’d like – please just watch out for others’ feet if you do.
